The Kentucky Cardinal Award is presented to the local organization with the highest monetary support for The Kentucky Cardinal based on advertising or contribution dollars. A certificate will be presented to each local that contributes at least $150 in advertising.
Information should include a synopsis of the overall program and techniques.
