The criteria for the Overall Issues Management Award will focus on those overall plans that have most closely met the combined priorities of the local organization's membership and the program areas of BPW/KY and BPW/USA. Please provide a summary of the results of the issues management survey/poll or other priority determination done by your organization. List the top five issues of your membership, and provide a description of the programs presented to address those issues.
